What Approvelo is

Approvelo is a tool for collecting client approval decisions on creative and professional deliverables. It provides a simple way to share work, capture a timestamped decision, and keep a record of that decision.

Approval records are not legal contracts

Approval records created through Approvelo are practical records of a client's stated decision at a point in time. They are not legally binding contracts. You are responsible for your own client agreements, project scopes, and any legal obligations in your jurisdiction.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content of your approval requests
• You must not use Approvelo to mislead, deceive, or harass clients
• You are responsible for your own client relationships and any disputes that arise
• You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose

Account suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, violate these terms, or engage in behaviour that harms other users or the integrity of the platform.

Beta service

Approvelo is currently in beta. The service is provided as-is. We make no guarantees of uptime, data retention, or feature availability during the beta period. We will do our best to maintain service quality and give advance notice of any major changes.

Pricing

Approvelo is free during beta. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future. We will give users reasonable advance notice before any pricing changes take effect.
